Agenda

We extend our gratitude to all researchers who submitted papers for the CSFN 2025 conference. Due to a record number of submissions, we were unable to accept all papers. Acceptance letters have been sent out. Please note that papers are not fully accepted until at least one author has registered to attend the conference and present the materials.

We welcome you to attend the conference, regardless of whether your paper was accepted. Given the high volume of submissions, we could not accommodate all papers within the two-day schedule.

We encourage you to register as soon as possible to attend the conference. If you require accommodation, please book your room at our Executive Learning Centre. For further details, see the registration page. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and our block will be released by April 30th, so please book promptly.

We are currently finalizing the schedule for paper presentations and will update the website with more details shortly. In the meantime, here are some preliminary details to assist with your travel arrangements:

June 5th

11:30 AM: Registration
12:00 PM: Conference starts with lunch and networking
1:00 PM: Welcome
1:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Paper presentations
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Reception and Panel session
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Dinner

June 6th

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast and networking
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Morning paper presentations
12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch
1:30 – 2:30 PM: Keynote Presentation
2:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Afternoon paper presentations
